Can I change my order? 

If you would like to change your order, such as adding or removing an item, please contact us before dispatch

Can I cancel my order? 

To cancel your order, please contact us. Quote your name and invoice number, item(s) We can attempt cancellation if the order hasn't been dispatched.

I have received a damaged or broken item 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will then evaluate and hopefully resolve the issue.

What countries do you ship to? 

We only offer shipping in the UK.

Can I track my delivery? 

UK customers have the option to send smaller orders (under £50) by Royal Mail (first or second class) or by DPD.  

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within two-three working days of the date of payment. 

How much does shipping cost? 

UK shipping costs on orders under £50 will be calculated at check out. Standard shipping throughout the UK is free on all orders over £50.

How long do I have to return an item? 

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the order.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges on our products.

What address should I return items to?  

Simply contact us to request a return. Please quote your name and invoice number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for return. We will get back to you with full instructions on how and where to return your package. We do not pay return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

When will I get my refund? 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do I care for my items? 

Tablecloths, Runners & Napkins:

Machine wash at 40 degrees, line dry
Medium iron, do not tumble dry
Do NOT Bleach

Cutlery:

Wash before first use

Hand wash with warm soapy water

Do not use abrasive cleaners and not suitable for the dishwasher.

Winter Stag Candelabra:

Clean With Soft Cloth

Glass Jars:

Hand Wash In Warm Water

Towel Dry Do Not Use Abrasive Cleaners
